Founded in 1997 and built on the concepts of honesty, respect, and service, RGACM has successfully managed large and highly complex claims to closure for many of the industry’s top carriers. It is RGACM’s mission to deliver the highest quality claims management solutions while always adhering to firm moral and ethical standards.
RGACM does not seek to be everything to everyone, overreaching across divergent service offerings to produce marginal results. This philosophy enables us to cultivate, polish, and apply our specific expertise to surpass clients’ service level objectives and customer service expectations. RGACM will never lower standards simply to acquire a higher volume of claims, as quality will not suffer for quantity.
